The second day, Leadership and Team Building, started in Frankfurt and ended in Beelen, with many adventures worth remembering. To reach the destination it was necessary to change trains several times. Delaying a train would jeopardize the entire route. And that was what happened in the first part, as the train arrived 45 minutes late in the first of three train changes. Everyone was up to the task of dealing with the situation, dealing with the pressure of finding new connections, communicating in English, obtaining information. We should have arrived in Beelen at 3pm, we arrived at 6pm. We learned how to use the trains in Germany, we played games and recreated others, we made friends. When we arrived at Jugendtreff der Gemeinde Beelen we were very well received. The Youth center is very welcoming and inviting. The day continued with a trip to the supermarket to shop for food and other items, a true pedagogical experience in home economics and to improve communication skills and Team Building skills. For cooking and tasting the result of teamwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
